They plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. Responsible for evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports.

A Project Engineer is a great entry level position. A PE oversees all aspects of an assigned project, including planning, budgeting, and logistics. They spend time at the job site ensuring work is completed efficiently with no errors or negative impacts on the timeline. The Project Engineer also provides feedback to all team members and facilitates communication throughout the project’s lifecycle.

The Construction Foreman is an union employee responsible for overseeing daily operations at a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an efficient manner. Their duties include hiring construction workers and trade professionals, monitoring budgeting expenses, as well as reviewing laws by regulating safety on-site while maintaining it throughout all stages.
Apprentice Salary Range (Hourly): $70,000-$110,000
Journeyman Salary Range (Hourly): $115,000-$140,000
Carpenters are union employees who construct, repair and install wooden/metal building frameworks and structures from indoors to outdoors on many projects, including installing kitchen cabinets, framing out a school, or building highways.
Specialty Trades include a wide variety of jobs including, but not limited to: Electrician, Plumber, HVAC technician, Pipefitter, Welder, Laborer, Operator, Tile Setter, Steel Erector, Concrete, Glazier, and many more.

A Compliance Specialist ensures that an organization remains compliant with all regulations and policies as required based on the local and federal requirements. A Compliance Specialist has many responsibilities, such as delivering employee training and evaluating an organization’s activities according to local and federal regulations.
Salary Range: $60,000-$85,000
Bid Administrator is a great entry level position with little to no experience required. They are responsible for coordinating bidding projects, work includes but not limited to: sending out bid invitations to subcontractors and suppliers, gathering material pricing for specified items, attending Prebid meetings, track project addendums, creating bid spreadsheets, preparing bid forms, sending out insurance bonds.
Salary Ranges: $120,000-$200,000
The Estimator is responsible for analyzing requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of what they're working on. They determine which factors will influence the cost of service or product, and based on that knowledge, they calculate an estimated cost breakdown with all necessary information needed by decision-makers at every stage until completion.
Salary Ranges: $70,000-$120,000
Accounting Specialists make sure that invoices are paid and other accounting tasks are completed for an organization. They also keep accurate accounts payable and receivable records to ensure no one is left out in the cold when it comes time for payment, along with other accounting responsibilities.
